Payment: 

All items to be paid through paypal.  If you do not have a paypal account you can still pay with this method just follow the link and instructions.  Paypal is a secure online payment site.  Payment should be made within 3 days of placing your order. 

Postage: 

All orders will be sent by Australia Registered Post within Australia and will be posted within 3 days of receiving payment and will be charged at $9.00 postage for the 1st item and $1.00 postage for each item after that when ordered in the same order. This rate also includes packaging costs to ensure the orders safe arrival at the destination.

International customers - orders are sent by Registered Post International via Australia Post within 3 days of receiving payment and will be charged at $20.00 AUD for the 1st item and $3.00 AUD postage for each item after that when ordered in the same order. The order should be delivered within 14 working days. 

Postage fees are subject to change and we regularly review postage fees to ensure we are offering the best rate for our valued customers within Australia and for International orders. 

Returns: 

Please advise us within 48 hours of receiving the order if you want to return the item.  We are able to refund the purchase price minus postage costs when the item is returned to us.
